1. Is it safe to receive packages?
A. Yes, most definitely. Check out this FAQ page by WHO that answers all questions related to deliveries & packages (see screenshot below).
2. Are deliveries delayed?
A. We're doing our best to deliver all orders on time and on schedule. We're shipping out all orders on time, but unprecedented situations and customs delays can arise – which are completely out of our control – and we request you to please bear with us.
3. Is it possible to reduce contact with drivers when they deliver my orders?
Yes. Our delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance. You can also choose a safe location where the driver can leave your package if you are not able to answer the door.
4. What are you doing to battle this situation in regards to your employees?
A. All our office staff is only working from home. For our warehouse workers, we are conducting temperature checks every 4 hours, doubling down on sanitizers around the warehouse, maintaining a safe distance, and only working in shifts to not crowd the area.
